  • Team and league data — team names, sport categories, rosters, member profiles, match results, statistics, and any other content you upload.
  • Payment data — billing name, address, and payment method details processed via our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Communications — messages you send to our support team or through any contact forms.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, search queries, clicks, and timestamps.
  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.

Information from third parties

  • If you connect a third-party account (e.g., a social login provider), we may receive profile information such as your name and email address as permitted by your settings on that service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

After deletion we may retain certain information for a limited period to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data storage and transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
