StatsCentral is a sports data platform that helps leagues, clubs, and teams centralise, manage, and distribute their performance data. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to StatsCentral and its operators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Content. We do not endorse any user-submitted content.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, text, and other materials that make up the Service — excluding Your Content — are the property of StatsCentral or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are described in the applicable purchase or subscription agreement presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StatsCentral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatsCentral, its officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12) will do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. If a change is material, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StatsCentral operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
